How much do you agree with imprisoning offenders for theft offences? Very much - prison is an effective response to theft offences. Somewhat - imprisonment might have short-term positive effects, but doesn't solve the problem on the long run. Not at all - with mass imprisonment we just make this problem more serious, reintegration of offenders become even more difficult, not to mention the high costs of prisons that need to be paid by the citizens.

Conflict resolution

We are inevitably surrounded by conflicts occurring between individuals or groups. Conflicts are ubiquitous in everyday life. Behind conflicts we find seeming or real opposition of needs, intentions, desires, interests, views, opinions, and personal values. Disputes unsolved can lead to destructive processes, making it difficult or even impossible for the opposing parties to cooperate or live together.

We believe that conflicts are natural parts of our social lives. Moreover, through their constructive handling, interpersonal relations can significantly strengthened. Hence, conflicts and their peaceful resolution are crucial in building communities and (re)establishing social bonds.

Through promoting the views and methods of alternative dispute resolution, Foresee strives for constructive problem solving and achieving win-win situations. Foresee puts conflicts in the pay of launching favourable changes and its conflict resolution methodology is uniquely diverse.
